All products require dry cleaning ONLY. Orylag® fur items require specialist fur dry cleaning. Please refer to product care labels for detailed information. Swarovski® crystal is a delicate material, which must be handled with special care in accordance with the individual care labels to avoid damage to the product. Hédoné Interiors Ltd will not be held liable for damage caused due to incorrect cleaning.


Hédoné Interiors Ltd products are made to ensure satisfaction during the natural life of the product. Hédoné Interiors Ltd warrants to the original purchaser that products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of the purchase. Under no circumstances will the warranty apply after this period. This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from ordinary wear-and-tear, product misuse, product neglect, product abuse, product tampering, product alterations and unauthorised product repairs and/or failure to follow the product’s Care Advice. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential damage to a person or property other than the product purchased. This warranty service is also valid for Hédoné Interiors Ltd products which are purchased abroad. This guarantee will begin from the date the product is received. Please keep the delivery receipt in case you have a warranty claim. The receipt serves as a certificate of purchase and authenticity for products purchased from the online shop. Should the delivered goods prove defective within this period, you may request a product repair by contacting the Hédoné Interiors Ltd customer care department directly by email at or by telephone on +44(0)20 8871 4302. The rights of the consumers based on the consumer protection laws in force are not affected. The refunding of the cost of return carriage is entirely at the discretion of Hédoné Interiors Ltd and the decision of Hédoné Interiors Ltd will be final.

Repairs Outside Warranty Period

Hédoné Interiors Ltd products are meticulously constructed to withstand everyday wear-and-tear, but in the event of repairs being required to purchased products falling outside of the warranty period we offer a dedicated repair service. Returns and Exchanges

All Hédoné Interiors Ltd products are made-to-order with the right to return at the sole discretion of Hédoné Interiors Ltd. Items returned with prior agreement will be subject to a 50% handling fee, except where it can be proven that Hédoné Interiors Ltd is at fault. Returned products sent by post should be sent by certified/registered mail and insured, as Hédoné Interiors Ltd cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport. The credit will be applied once the unused product has been received and checked. Returned goods arriving at our office without a returns number will be re-dispatched to the Client at the Client’s expense. Please note that it is not possible to exchange a product for a different item once the transaction is complete.

Order Cancellation or Changes

Hédoné Interiors Ltd's top priority is customer satisfaction. We urge customers to read carefully through product descriptions, stated pricing and our terms and conditions prior to placing of orders. Production will commence within 24 hours upon receipt of order, at which point acceptance of customer changes to orders will be at the sole discretion of Hédoné Interiors Ltd. Once the product enters the first manufacturing step, it belongs exclusively to the customer who ordered it, i.e. the customer is the actual owner of the product even though it has not been shipped yet. With the made-to-order nature of Hédoné Interiors Ltd products, cancellation rights under the Distance Selling Regulations for UK or EU consumers are not applicable. Defective Items

Please check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are defective or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any error in supply on the delivery documentation and inform us by post, phone or e-mail within 7 working days of delivery. If you fail to give notice in accordance with this clause, the products shall be conclusively presumed to be in all respects in accordance with the order and free from any defect that would be apparent on reasonable examination, and you shall be deemed to have accepted the products accordingly. There are many stages involved in the production process: fabric and trimming selection; pattern cutting; product assembly and embellishing of Swarovski® crystal; and finally quality and functionality testing. Attention to detail is paramount in our approach to design and production, with every item created by hand to our customers exacting standards. Please note, this production period may vary according to customer demand and component availability.

Yes. On each of the product pages you are able to download an e-Brochure for a particular item or the collection as a whole by clicking on the ‘Download e-Brochure’ button.

Can I return a purchase made through a reseller?

If you purchased your product through an authorised Hédoné Interiors Ltd reseller or distributor (listed on our website) you may be eligible for a credit in accordance with the reseller/distributor's return policy. You should contact the location where you purchased the product, as return/warranty policies may vary. Hédoné Interiors Ltd cannot accept product returns of orders purchased through a reseller or distributor. However, if the answer that you receive from a reseller/distributor is not satisfactory, please email us directly and we will try our utmost to resolve the problem. The Hédoné Interiors Ltd warranty will ONLY be applicable for orders with an order number and legitimate purchase invoice issued by an authorised reseller/distributor. For items being sent to our Returns Department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail – DHL and other carriers offer this service. Please include a note with your address and daytime phone number along with the instructions sent by our Customer Service team, as well as a copy of your sales receipt or packing slip.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card through the website or by BACS/CHAPS bank transfer using internet banking, provided your order is emailed to us (please note, production of orders using this payment method will only commence once the transfer has been authorised and completed in full).

Delivery Policy

All orders take between 20-30 days to be made and delivered and will be shipped from our London office direct to the Client's stated delivery address. A member of our Customer Service Team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date once your order is released from production. DHL shipping times vary with cost based on each country’s standard shipping charges. Any additional taxes and/or duties based on the customs value of your shipment will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your country's customs office for specific details. Once the package has been shipped, any change in shipping address will have an additional fee of £5 per shipment. Please note all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Hédoné Interiors Ltd reserves the right to change courier company if an alternative service provider is required.

Insurance and Packaging

Due to the high value of our products, we offer an optional insured courier service at Checkout, which is calculated at 1.5% of the total order value. We recommend customers include this option to safeguard against any possible Delays during transit from Hédoné Interiors Ltd to your delivery address. The insurance policy is provided through our courier provider DHL. Each item is individually packaged in protective bubble-bags and sent out in a our rigid mailing boxes.


Hédoné Interiors Ltd shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or due to causes beyond Hédoné Interiors Ltd ’s control, including but not limited to: force majeure; acts of government; military conflicts; delays in transportation; inclement weather or customs formalities; transport damage; energy shortages or labor disputes; and delays or inability to deliver by Hédoné Interiors Ltd ’s suppliers.

Hédoné Interiors Ltd's warranty shall not apply to any products which have been in Hédoné Interiors Ltd ’s opinion subject to normal wear-and-tear, abuse, modifications, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident. Unauthorised modification or misuse, non-compliance with instructions or information provided, or any use outside environmental specifications discharges Hédoné Interiors Ltd from any liability under this warranty. This warranty applies to third party supplied products only to the extent and insofar as the supplier makes and honours a warranty to Hédoné Interiors Ltd. This warranty extends to the Client only. Clients should not convey the warranty, or make any warranty on behalf of Hédoné Interiors Ltd to any subsequent purchasers.

3. The Client shall thoroughly examine all deliveries without delay.

4. Any claim under this warranty must be made in written form sent by registered mail within 14 days after receipt of the defective merchandise, including a detailed description of the defect. Otherwise the delivery is approved. All warranty claims must be made by registered letter immediately upon discovery of the defect.

5. As Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty, Hédoné Interiors Ltd will at its sole discretion, repair, or replace defective goods, which are acknowledged by Hédoné Interiors Ltd, with non-defective goods or grant separate agreement a reasonable price reduction. The goods may only be returned upon prior approval and in accordance with the explicit instructions of Hédoné Interiors Ltd.
